Investigations revealed that EDB had suffered some internal and external growing pains on its way from being a small Norwegian IT company to becoming a global player.
Having 13 different websites and 11 different brands that pulled in various directions was expensive, confusing and not very unifying. The “One EDB” platform clarified the company’s qualities.
EDB’s design stands out on an international level. Superior workmanship and careful choices have helped create a fresh, emotional profile with a Scandinavian look. Employees from around the world are brought together by one brand, revealing the qualities inherent in the company.
The documented use of design as a process in this fusion work further promotes the project. The design process is used to create a new corporate culture, as well as awareness and understanding of shared values. The entire project is impregnated by visual order and a unified look.
