The Voksi bag is a creative way of keeping young children warm without many layers. When it was launched in 1985, sheepskin bags were the only option available for keeping babies warm outdoors in winter. The Voksi bag was a pioneering solution, and after only four-five years, it had become market leader in
Norway
. Now it is also exported. Voksi is suitable from birth to roughly three years old and grows with the child. It was the first product that let parents bundle their child, as opposed to putting the child in a bag. Voksi is a blanket, quilt, play mat, baby bag and much more in one. The product has created many jobs, production is environmentally friendly, and the bags have a long life. The core quilt can be changed for summer and winter use. In the jury’s opinion, Voksi is an excellent product whose success is due to the product itself and the basically simple idea behind it.
