Martin Otto Fougner is a designer and manager at Hugo Industridesign AS, a small and modern design agency located in the heart of downtown Oslo.

He has a BA in product design from Ravensbourne College in London and a Masters in Industrial Design from Oslo School of Design and Architecture with special studies in ergonomics and user behaviour. Martin is a skilled designer with a strong passion for innovation and aesthetics and has won several national and international design awards for his work.

After college he worked for three years as a Designer and Project Manager at K8 Industridesign in Oslo before starting up Hugo with Jørgen Leirdal in 2007. Hugo is also the main shareholder in Inora AS, a Norwegian company who produce and sell products designed by Hugo in the Health Care sector.
