
Marianne Støren Berg is senior innovation manager and user strategist in the Oslo-based consultancy KODE Design. She holds a PhD in innovation processes and workshops. Prior to consulting and co-founding KODE Design in 2001, she also has a bacground from product industry.
She has worked with organizations such as HÅG, Tandberg Telecom, Jordan and Tine. Her role in practical product design has been within the fields of user research and user strategies as well as project management and workshop facilitation. Marianne was project manager of the HÅG Futu project beeing honoured with Red dot award this year. And has also earned international honours for her academic work.
She works as an advisor for The Design Council and Innovation Norway on user centred design and inclusive design. Frequently she holds seminars, is visiting lecturer at several of the design schools in Norway and contribute to the design field with publications in books and articles.
