Katinka von der Lippe is director Design and Product Planning at TH!NK. She`s got a Master of Arts in industrial design and Design Management from The Oslo school of Architecture and Design.

She has received several awards and was recently nominated by Sebastian Conran for the prestigous Brit Design Award 2009.

She`s been working at TH!NK for 12 years, using her unique combination of strategic and operative expertise in different departments at the company. She started out by leading the development of the interior design of the early TH!NK city cars. For three years she was responsibel for Engineering & Design which resulted in a succesfull launch of the worlds first 100% recycable concept for car interiors. Later she was responsible for Design & Brand, and thanks to her interdisciplinary approach TH!NK is now known as one of the worlds leading brands for electric cars.
