Fuglen is a coffee shop during the day, a cocktail bar at night and a full-time interior design store selling furniture and design objects from the 50s and 60s.
The vintage furniture used in the coffee shop is for sale. The challenge was to integrate the three business concepts for three different markets into clear and attractive services for customers.
The problem of how to combine a coffee shop, cocktail bar and a physical and digital interior design store is solved with integrative thinking and a distinctive character. The service concept runs like a thread throughout and everything has been considered, from the smallest details to the bigger picture. Service is made clearly visible to customers with a good, coherent history display.
The same retro feeling is created in the store and online, and using a QR application for iPhone or Android, customers can find information about the furniture in the store themselves, even if nobody with knowledge of interior design is available. You can buy the chair you are sitting on.
Based on the old coffee shop, Fuglen has created an integrated experience that emanates enthusiasm and is easy for customers to get involved in – and that makes them want to share the experience with others. It is easy to fall in love with Fuglen.
