“I strongly recommend both creatives, consultants and key account managers from design- and advertising agencies to take this course, so that the professionalism of Norwegian design goes higher"
Simon, Creative Leader Design @Involve

"Roughly half-way through the Grow Cross Company programme, this course has given me more insight into the subject of design and design management than many years of work experience. It has made me question my own approach to design, and is already beginning to impact the way I tackle my daily work. The programme is well founded in both theory and real-life practice, and provides an international perspective many Norwegian companies can aspire to learn from" Petter, Graphic designer @Nasjonalmuseet
