NetCom faces harsh competition with many market players forcing down prices and offering flexible subscription plans.
To meet this challenge while at the same time reinforcing its brand, NetCom has launched "Call yourself in the future” – a solution that creates a bond between sender and recipient over time.
The jury's verdict:
The "Call yourself in the future" concept on NetCom’s website is original, technically superior and impressively well thought through. The solution is advanced and brings together text messages, codes, calls, recorded messages and the storage of data for up to three years.
The web pages have an appealing functionality and a surprisingly good dramaturgy. The process is simple to review and the elements well integrated. The contents are presented using film, animation and audio clips, with a mixture of simple and dedicated interactive elements that both involve and drive the participant through the solution. The many effects and the good idea are framed in a charming, sound and intuitive design. Focus is kept on the user experience and the service creates expectations that are met and surprises all the way.
