The Reitan Group competes in an industry where typical websites are characterised by a wealth of weighty information. Brand names often receive little focus, while the company’s core areas disappear in a plethora of words and figures.
To distinguish itself from others, the Reitan Group wanted to develop a website that is dynamic, shows off its diversity and presents the entire group in a simple manner.
The jury's verdict:
The Reitan Group’s website immediately sets itself off from other group presentations, since it communicates the corporate message with an emotional focus and evocative imagery. It manages to create a credible sense of relevance between the group and “everyday” people, while also demonstrating the company’s broad involvement in trade, property and finance. The entire solution is simple and honest, with an appealing, down-to-earth feeling.
