In September 2005 designers from all over the world came to the Nordic countries to join the Era 05 World Design Congress. There were Pre-Congresses in Oslo, Helsinki and Gothenburg ending with a Joint Congress in Copenhagen. 

The design community in Norway was proud to invite designers  to experience the unique event Era 05 - Design without Borders Pre-Congress in Oslo, Norway on September 22 - 24, 2005

Through seminars, exhibitions and social activities the delegates were challenged to break borders and gain new perspectives on design. 

Everyone with a genuine interest in design was welcome and participants from 22 countries joined us at Era 05 in Oslo. We wish to express a big thank you to our wonderful presenters and participants!
