Users of pleasure crafts in
Norway
are today required to equip their boats with a 360 degree white lantern, but many vessels still fail to carry such a light source. Existing solutions are often unsuitable for fixing to small boats, and they are expensive and difficult to transport. The NAVI Light 360 must be so simple to use that more pleasure craft users will begin using the lantern.
The jury’s verdict:
The NAVI Light 360 will undoubtedly be well suited for use in small boats, but it is also suitable as a signalling lantern for hikers, canoeists etc. The magnets and bracket on the underside of the lantern allow it to be attached to just about anything. Single-handed operation will guarantee the NAVI Light
360 a
large user base, and no tools or technical knowledge are needed when changing the battery. The visual information on the product is also good. The large, centrally-located button means the lantern is easy when the user is stressed, cold and wet. The shape of the lantern clearly signals what the product is to be used for, and both children and adults alike can use the NAVI Light 360.
