Concept: HANDS ON DEMAND DELIVERY SERVICE

The Issue
Shopping is a social and sensorial experience you do not want to lose. It is the carrying of your
shopping home you can live without - because you are too fragile for any load, or because of
extensive shopping, or because you are much too busy to do it yourself. What you want is a
service.

What is it?

Hands On Demand is a user-centred and flexible delivery service. The service allows you to
shop and ensures the delivery of the goods at home when it best fits your schedule.

How does it work?
A key element of the service is human interaction and individual service: your goods are
delivered by someone you choose and trust. The service can be booked in the shop or online
and paid together with the shopping.
