Many years of hard work has finally lead to one of the most prominent recognition any designer can get; recently the Norwegians received the leading designer award, Torsten and Wanja Söderberg’s Prize 2007, which is presented by the Röhsska museum in Sweden. Designers cannot apply to be nominated for the award, but is carefully selected by a jury that follows the designers and their work for a period of one and a half year. The award is worth £77,000 (SEK 1 millon).
